How a project off the coast of West Africa became "the world's largest field joint"

The June issue of World Pipelines details PIH's work on the Kaombo project. The project off the coast of Angola, West Africa was comprised of field joint coating on the onshore spool fabrication, requiring both injection-molded polypropylene and flame-spray polypropylene coating systems and ultimately became known as "the world's largest field joint."
